Caitlin Donnelly is a talented flute and whistle player from Stockport, Greater Manchester, with a deep connection to the vibrant Irish traditional music scene in the region. Growing up in a family steeped in musical tradition, Caitlin was surrounded by the rich cultural influence of Irish music, particularly within the strong Irish diaspora in
Manchester. Her early exposure to this musical environment inspired her to pick up the whistle at the age of 7.
Since then, Caitlin has honed her craft, competing in various music competitions and performing at festivals across the UK and Ireland. Her playing reflects the passion and skill passed down through generations of Irish musicians, and her reputation continues to grow in the traditional music community.
